Roman Inn
Roman Inn

A Roman inn is a welcome resting place for travellers. On presenting his military diploma (passport), a courier who has covered a long distance receives a fresh horse, a meal and a bed. The spirited use of this hostelry can be see nfrom the graffiti here and there, all saying that Romans leave behind on walls. About wine for examle. In the stable there is also a sketch depicting the Celtic-Germanic goddess Epona, the protector of travellers and horses.
