In this 'hutkom' from the ninth century a basket maker works. The baskets are made of cane or wicker, and certain treatments may be given different shades, from light blond to very dark. This 'hutkom' used to work alone, the basket maker is sleeping elsewhere. The 'hutkom' was excavated in Aalten (Gelderland).
